Autonomous Vessel

The Cal Poly Autonomous Vessel Project aka RoBoat is aiming to build an fully autonomous seafaring vessel. Once completed, this vessel will collect scientific data for the NOAA National Centers for Environmental Information while traveling up and down the California cost. Once finished, the vessel will be solar powered and capable of long term expeditions in rough waters.
